Slip Sliding into Christmas for CYCI #143

This week two of the “Sisters” slid over to the Can You Case It? site for this week’s sketch challenge.  With all of the wintery weather around us just now it was a pleasure to be able to stay in where it is warm and safe creating cards for you.  Robyn and I hope you enjoy our cards:

Robyn’s card features Penny Black’s  A Thorny Affair stamp with a hedgehog and festive holly sprig as her focal point.  She fussy cut the image and used a paper pack sheet from My Mind’s Eye.

My card features a sweet snowman from Whipper Snapper designs.  It’s colored with an aqua painter using Smoky Slate, Real Red, and Pumpkin Pie inks from Stampin’ Up.   The card base is Wisteria Wonder cardstock also from SU.

That does it for this week. Karen promises to join us next week with more fun ideas.  If you’d like to check more projects from CYCI click here.

Wishing you peace and joy this Holiday Season!
